  As far as furniture selection and prices in Bathurst, Leon's has the best choices in all departments, hands down. Neither do I have any complaints with regards to their in store client service. However, their daily delivery time frames need to be more customer orientated. Having to wait all day between the hours of 9:00 am to 5:00 pm for a delivery is neither convenient or reasonable. Even when I called to try to get some type of estimated hour confirmation, morning or afternoon, the best I could get was still between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. Suggest that scheduling and planning department need to be revamped. There is no reason that the times for delivery could not be narrowed down, at least by an hour or two, certainly not for an entire day. Having bought furniture both in Bathurst and out of town, we were always told the time (either morning or afternoon) and given a window time frame of about an hour or less. Never an issue here. Strongly suggest you look at this issue and come up with a solution beneficial to both your delivery team and customers. Very disappointed with this service.
