  Service is good, fairly quick. Just the quality of the pets there and the lack of knowledge they have on the animals they carry. In my expirience, the dwarf hamsters I got there both died prematurally due to tumers or a cancer of sorts. I got three rats and one of them have respitory distress due to having wood shavings in the cage and not paper. Many of the bettas I bought there have never lived past a four mothes while the two I bought elsewhere have lived for about three years now. The staff there do not have much knowledge on the animals they are selling either. I was giving a bunch of false information that ended with my pets I had bought there getting sick. Luckily they lived though. I also seen them try to sell a very (obviously) sick bird.
